What are the shipping fee and delivery timeline?
Due to the high volume of shipments at this time, shipping couriers are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates. Be sure to keep an eye on your tracking to follow its journey!
Estimated Dispatch Date
Orders are generally processed within 2 business days. All domestic jewelry orders are shipped 2 day. Make sure to check your confirmation email.
The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes, discounts and non-refundable.
*Indicated delivery timeline does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). Estimated delivery date may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer's end.

-Default shipping method is USPS first class package;
-A shipping fee of around $5.99 is applied to parcels shipped to United States;
-We estimate you will receive your order within 10-15 business days after departure;
-Free shipping for orders over $50.
• Canada
-Default shipping method is USPS first class package;
-A shipping fee of around $5.99 is applied to parcels shipped to Canada;
-We estimate you will receive your order within 7-21 business days after departure;
-Free shipping for orders over $50.
• International
-International shipping usually take 7-21 business days to arrive;
-A shipping fee of around $5.99 is applied to parcels shipped to International;
-Shipping time may vary at the customs but we will try our best to ship as quickly as possible;
-Please make sure all your shipping details are correct;
-Free shipping for orders over $50.
Kindly note Monymonynail is unable to provide replacements or refunds for stolen packages after the shipping carrier has successfully delivered the parcel.

Please note that Monymonynail does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. Monymonynail does not charge any additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. Other fees would have been applied by your bank and are not under the control of Monymonynail.
Should you have confirmed that the charge was made on Monymonynail’s end, please reach out to our customer happiness team at monymony@monymonynail.com with the details on the charges!
Should you decide to deny the shipment due to duties and other fees, the package will be returned back to us and you will be refunded for the order after deducting the return shipping fee.
